REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
The Spitting Fire Store has a solid partnership with Firetong Exhausts.
In addition, to maintain an after-sales service and guarantee the satisfaction of our customers, the Refund and Returns Policy was created. In this way, customers can understand the mechanism and operation of refund and returns, as well as avoid unwanted situations, even before making a purchase on the site.
RETURNS DUE TO DIVERGENCE IN THE ORDER
Whenever situations involving Refund or Return, these need to be communicated immediately to the customer service center. If eventually a certain product is returned without proper communication, after the deadline or with the absence of its items/accessories, it will be resent without prior consultation.
We inform you that the products sold by The Spitting Fire Store are only stored and do not undergo any changes in our Distribution Center: the product are sent to customers exactly as they were received from the manufacturers.
When any of the hypotheses below occurs, the product must be refused upon delivery:
· Damaged product
· Damaged or opened packaging
· Product different from the one stated in the order
· Lack of product components
On the back of the product’s Invoice, describe the exact reason for the Return and notify the Customer Service immediately so that we can provide a solution.
The refund and/or return will be made after the product arrives at our Distribution Center and subsequent analysis.
RETURN FOR REPENTANCE OR GIVING UP
Eventually, a particular product is returned without proper communication, after the deadline or with the absence of its components, it will be resent without prior consultation.
To return a product due to regret or withdrawal, be aware of the following conditions:
· Within 7 working days after receiving the product: It is possible to request a return and cancel a purchase.
· How will the product reach our Distribution Center?
It must arrive in the original packaging, with no signs of use, without violating the manufacturer’s original seal, accompanied by an invoice, installation manual and all its components.
· Describe on the back of the product’s Invoice, exactly the reason for the Return and notify the Service Center. Situations outside this period will not be considered.
· The return shipping is the responsability of the customer.
· PayPal fees will be deducted from the refund.
· The refund and/or return will be made after the arrival of the product in our Distribution Center and subsequent analysis.
PRODUCT WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECT
To request the return of a defective product, you have up to 7 working days from the date of receipt of the same to notify our Service Center. See more details below:
If you have found that a product you purchased has a manufacturing defect, please do the following:
· If it is within 7 working days from the date of receipt, notify our Customer Service immediately.
· If it occurs after the period of 7 working days from the date of receipt, but still within the Manufacturer’s warranty period, you can contact the manufacturer directly with the Service Center to communicate the occurrence and obtain clarifications indicated on the certificate. warranty that accompanies the product.
· It should be noted that all products are analyzed during the shipping procedure and when they return to our Distribution Center. They will be sent back to the customer whenever no defect is found, or if one of the conditions described in the previous topic has been breached.
Problem Resolution Deadline: To resolve the incident reported to the Customer Service, the deadline will be up to 30 days from the date of receipt of your product at the Firetong Co. Distribution Center.
