The Triumph Trident 800 has the kind of character that makes you take the longer route home. If the standard exhaust feels a little too reserved in sound or appearance, the Firetong Willy Made gives that character more room to come through.

This full exhaust system brings a more engaging soundtrack and a cleaner, distinctive look to the bike. It adds another reason to enjoy starting the engine, heading out for a ride and looking back at your Trident after you park it.

Handcrafted in Brazil from stainless steel, the Willy Made is designed for the Triumph Trident 800 2025–2026. Firetong develops the system around the motorcycle’s original parameters, with 35 mm headers, a 2-inch outlet and a matte black finish. High-temperature resistant fiberglass provides thermal and acoustic insulation, while the fairing is made from resin fiberglass.

An installation guide is supplied to support fitting the full system. A removable dB killer is included at no extra cost, along with a warranty certificate and a 12-month manufacturing warranty.
